STEMRSHIP strives to build upon this mission.

STEMRSHIP focuses on its mission to promote STEM through education of K-5 participants as well as those high school and college students developing and delivering content.  STEMRSHIP looks within its Greater Boston community to serve overlooked communities and communities desiring more STEM learning opportunities.  Our mission also wants to provide opportunities for those communities outside of our geographic footprint by offering vitural sessions.  To achieve these objectives, STEMRSHIP has set a performance metric baseline to measure our results.  These metrics will provide the fuel to allow STEMRSHIP to soar to new heights in achieving its mission.  

Metrics to Meet STEMRSHIP's Core Objectives:

The baseline metrics to set the foundation for STEMRSHIP mission are as follows:

• K-5 students educated in the topic of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math using fun and interactive methods.
• High school and college students engaged to help develop content, advocate participation within the community, and present STEM.
• Communities identified that are underserved in receiving additional educational opportunities in STEM.
• Communities leveraged with an interest in additional educational opportunities in STEM. 
• Number of engaged of libraries, clubs, and schools both virtually and in-person.
• STEM modules developed for virtual and in-person delivery.
• Grant and donations obtained to fund our mission.
